这个这个, 回答是不是太ROUGH啦. 还请不吝赐教啊. 能具体一点吗? 还有啊, 您是怎么把每个学校的胃口摸的这么准的呢. 应该从那些下手呢? 就象你曾经说的同样是谈LEADERSHIP, 每个学校的依重点不同. 所以同样的故事也要不同的STRUCTURE去FIT.

真的希望您能分享一些具体的经验. 谢谢! 也许会得罪;我再问一句, 您的ESAAY有找人润色吗? 谢谢啦!

Everyone is unique. Actually, I do not know how to answer your question. My uniqueness should be different from others, but others also have their own uniqueness, the same to you. What I tried to do is to let the school know me better through essays, resume, recommendation letter, and interview. Here, I'd like to share with you my answer to the question "why should we choose you?" during the interview with Wharton.

International exposure: I studied and worked in several countries, each more than half a year, so I know the difference of culture, people, economy among these countries, also the different leadership style because I directly report to regional senior management.

Consulting and industry experience (of course, strictly, consulting is also a kind of industrial company). Then I told him my feeling about the difference between these two industries.

Strong awareness of environmental protection. I got this conclusion from my academic background and W/E at current company. Then I can influence my classmates who will become leaders in different industries around the world, making positive contribution to global environmental protection……

Personality: I talked something about my family background….

Definitely, you can find something unique from your prior experience, including study, work, and life. Dig, dig, dig………..and dig……….

For Wharton and Tuck, I wrote by myself, but I got help from some friends at CD. I use the same style for all schools, that means I do not change my style to cater for any school. Actually, the reason is I do not know how to cater for school and what kind of people they like. Many friends told me "just be yourself", so I pass their words to you "just be yourself".
