I applied the Smith school in the second deadline. I have the same problem on mail handling. After turned in my application online, I sent my stuff with certified mail. But they never received and I still need look for them.
For the school, I like it very much. I had an interview with one of the admission officer during the MBA tour event, and it was a nice meeting. I visited the school last Dec. and the building really impressed me, positively.

My gamt is 680,awa5.0. 3 years' marketing experience, 2 years'marketing manager experience in foreign company. 0.5 year's university teacher experience. Do you think i can get at least half scholarship in the 3rd round?
Your working experience is fine. But GMAT score is a little bit low to get financial aid. Good luck!

The admission commitees are different with Phd prgogram and MBA program. If they find clues in your GMAT or TOEFL score report, they may ask you to explain that in interview. That's not for sure.
