Hi, IBT additional score report can be ordered online. When registrating, you will be asked to fill in 4 free recipients. When you want to add the 5th university, there is a warning:

You have selected your 4 free score recipients at this time. You can order additional score recipients before or after the test.

So I guess you can order the 5th one before the test and it will be sent at the same time with the other 4 universities.
