而是说没有其它历史场景能够跟彗星回归带来那么大全世界范围内的震撼,(句子绝对是在强调震撼这点)

as did its return in 1910-1911. 这里DID(OG中经常说有DO,DOES的)等同于cause such a worldwide sensation

OG中这类例子非常多,MORE THAN 句型比较的具多数,

下面找一个没有DO但ETS要求DO的

As表比较,verb要补出.补出动词应和主句动词一致.这里主句动词为 did，所以这里用did.
