FINANCIAL Aid 申请是等学校通知填表格,还是直接去学校网站下载资料申请?而且想申请就申请?

download the application online. fill out the application and mail it to the financial aid office. You need to send in the application on time to qualify for the scholarship/grant program. If you are not interested in the scholarship program, you can send in the application next year in march for the loan program. That is my understanding of the process.

是不是所有的学校都是在给了OFFER后才可以申请奖学金的，或者financial aid？

奖学金一般不要申请的，学校看你的qualification自己给。Tuck要交financial aid application，算是个例外吧。
