我选择B，是不是B中间的makes的时态错误啊？如果改成million, a part of a deal that will make 是否可以？

B不对，有3点。1 a part of a deal这里表示什么？指代什么？如果指代整句句子那么要用deal作中心词，并且指代也不明确。 2 后面that makes的时态不对it will purchase怎么会makes it??时态明显错误，它还没买那个部门。 3 a part of a deal that makes这个从句修饰不清，到底是part还是deal?
