托福test score这一部分：有一项是structure/writing，前面有listening 和reading各自单独的一项，没有语法和作文单独的一项。不太确定structure / writing是不是 语法/作文：66/5.5？

yes, you can whenever you want.

If it's before the submission, you can change as many times as you want
as pengstone said, but after submission, before payment, I guess you
can not change anything more, unless you try, the system will let you
know if your change can be saved or not.
