2. 搜索了一下og 没有这种用法。

我记得是有这个用法的，OG中考过。是要求“某人去做某事”的意思

1. require + that clause + 虚拟省should

2. require sb. to do sth.

3. require sth of sb. that + 虚拟语气省略should + do/be   解释为： 对某人有某物的要求
   这种用法有两个变体：
   3-1  sth. be required sb. to do
   3-2  reuqire of sb. that  (sth 的部分由于过长，比如是个that从句，则句子倒装)
