I think I forgot to answer LZ's question or joke...  but in all seriousness it is inappropriate to attach photos to resumes in the US... yes even if you look like Bar Rafaeli.

LS: Don't worry about your photo, you will be fine.  MBA is a pageant show for leadership and experience.  They are not after Andy Lau's.

I've digressed too much... last comment on Bar R.: I once saw her going home with Leonardo DiCaprio.  Leo bought a condominium next to my last job's building.  She's as good as you see in google results and Sports Illustrated.
