I don't think it's professional to have your photo on the resume. But if you are on the waitinglist and want to maximize your possibility to get in while you are confident on your photo, go ahead to do it... I think...

MS不要贴的，偶没申请过MBA，但是看HBS的所谓Resume样本上没有贴，某高深网站的咨询也说不贴，不过偶看的都是求职的。。。
