大家好，香港中文大学商学院Jun Chen教授招聘全职RA啦，任期6-12个月，欢迎大家前来申请！如果你对corporate finance或financial accounting或machine learning感兴趣，亦或有申请北美或者港新金融/会计博士项目的打算，这将是一个极好的平台！面试随时开始，只要帖子还在就可以继续申请。该岗位base在香港（提供工作签证），不支持完全远程 （但并不需要每天来校）。具体的要求请参考以下内容： Full-time Research Assistant at CUHK Business School   Fields of Research: Corporate finance, financial accounting Location: Hong Kong Job Description We are looking for one highly skilled and motivated individual to work as full-time research assistants at the CUHK Business School for six months to one year. The start date is flexible. The compensation is highly competitive. We will sponsor a working visa in Hong Kong. This position is ideal for individuals with a long-term interest in finance/accounting research. We welcome both candidates who are currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree and master's/undergraduate students who want to apply for Ph.D. programs in accounting, finance, or any other field at the business school. You will be mentored by professors Jun Chen and Zili Zhuang, as well as other professors in the accounting department. A successful candidate can participate in the academic life at CUHK Business School, including attending research seminars and Ph.D. courses. We will also provide mentorship and guidance for applying to CUHK Ph.D. and other leading business  Ph.D. programs. The research projects will broadly revolve around financial accounting and corporate finance. You will work with us on various tasks, including data collection and analysis, managing large data sets, statistical programming and data visualization, and editing research papers. Qualifications Ideal candidates will: (i)         have a solid quantitative background (incl. statistics and econometrics); (ii)        have strong data analysis and programming skills (extensive experience with Stata or Python is a must, SAS, SQL, and R are a plus); (iii)       able to work independently to solve problems; (v)        well-organized and pays attention to details; (vi)       highly self-motivated and adept at learning new technical skills when needed.
