大家好，香港中文大学商学院Jun Chen教授招聘全职RA啦，任期6-12个月，欢迎大家前来申请！如果你对corporate finance或financial accounting感兴趣，亦或有申请北美或者港新金融/会计博士项目的打算，这将是一个极好的平台！面试随时开始，只要帖子还在就可以继续申请。该岗位base在香港（提供工作签证），不支持完全远程 （但并不需要每天来校）。具体的要求请参考以下内容： Full-time Research Assistant at CUHK Business School   Fields of Research: Corporate finance, financial accounting Location: Hong Kong Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join CUHK Business School as a full-time Research Assistant for six months to one year. The start date is flexible, and compensation is highly competitive. A working visa in Hong Kong will be sponsored. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in finance or accounting research. We welcome applications from current Ph.D. students as well as master’s and undergraduate students who plan to pursue Ph.D. studies in accounting, finance, or related business fields. The successful candidate will work closely with Professors Jun Chen and Yuqing Zhou, participate in the academic life of CUHK Business School, and receive mentorship for Ph.D. applications. In addition to our own department, previous research assistants have pursued Ph.D. programs at Arizona State University, the University of Arizona, and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The research projects will broadly revolve around financial accounting and corporate finance. Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, managing large datasets, statistical programming, data visualization, and editing research papers. Qualifications Ideal candidates will: (i)         have a solid quantitative background (incl. statistics and econometrics); (ii)        have strong data analysis and programming skills (extensive experience with Stata or Python is a must, SAS, SQL, and R are a plus); (iii)       able to work independently to solve problems; (v)        well-organized and pays attention to details; (vi)       highly self-motivated and adept at learning new technical skills when needed.
