It should be your Post-MBA short-term career goal rather than pre-MBA one. The logic here is that you have decided to pursue an MBA education to further your careers; Then please tell us what are your career goals.

短期：多长为短期？1年，2年，5年？短期的除了找工作以外，难道还有别的么？
    长期：多久为长期？10年，20年，50年，80年（那都gone了呀）？

short term here means, IMHO, within three years; long term means within a decade. Open to discussion.

Really a man, knows the kew words of almost all the schools I'm interested! Good point, I already put the sentence in my essay.

I'm just wondering that maybe 99% of applicants will mention NY. Should I mention again?

BTW, can NY be one of my concerns? I'm just wondering that it's something like I tell a girl that I love her because she lives in a rich family.

关于这个题目，请教：

什么叫做global community呢？

尝试性地构思了一下，基本上都把题目改作了globalization对我的影响，好像不大对劲，才想起来到底什么叫global community搞不清楚。哪里有global community呢？我好像没有住在global community里面，怎么影响我呢？奇怪ing。。。

我认为global community实际上是globalization的结果，就是由于globalization，各个种族，地区...的人相互产生影响，每个人的活动都不能脱离其他地区，种族背景的人而孤立存在。在这样的情况下，我觉得应该强调：
1)你的global perspective
2)your understanding of other cultures
3)how the above two points affect the way you work, live, lead an organization, make changes, make decisions, and interact with others.

Just my 2 cents.
