Rarely do undergraduates have such a research portfolio, which is truly impressive. Undergraduates are expected to focus their time and effort on coursework, and so I cannot help being curious as to how you have managed to be so deeply and fruitfully involved in research.
I was an ra at first for one of my undergrad alumni, who is working at a US school as a ttap, doing some coding and data works. After about one year’s work, he introduced me to one of his friends and we began to collaborate on one co-authored project. And my undergrad thesis was also supervised by them. Now I’m co-authoring with them two and one of his phd students who is an incoming ttap at a business school in Hong Kong. I’d like to say that I love the feeling, the direction and field which I’m always bury my head in, hence to seek for a phd degree is also attractive for me. I had to say it’s the choice that I made after exploring many fields like investment banking and financial engineering industries.
