考察主谓一致倒装:there be的单复数取决于be后面的n.
考察平行结构:adjacent to的是PP和PP,不能和easily reachable并列

考察比较:不是很确定than they usually do和than usual是否是两个都正确
考虑推测语气所以选了could没选will

3.A
考察时态:不确定before会不会影响时态-或者是不是absolutely影响时态

4.A
考察长难句:读懂movement是被launch with RC's ..
疑问:感觉has to offer有点奇怪 句意不理解

考察并列:句意是try to block;而非try和block两个动作并列
考察定于从句:,which引导非限,不具有强制限定作用 可以删掉;但是这里很明显要强调countries是什么countries,是那些没有adopt 这个law的country,所以要用that引导限从
不确定:on the grounds that和due to the fact that有没有优劣之分
