补充关于doubling的用法问题（还是对固定搭配不熟练）：double是"make twice as great"的意思
这里，doubling the increase of the previous year是doing结构引导的伴随状语，表结果！！！可以这么用
B that of指代Number没有任何必要
C 用double as much as the increase of是同位语结构，这里只能修饰1990 因此错误
D twice as many as，在这里many只能修饰可数名词，而increase是不可数名词，修饰错误，同位语使用错误同C; increase in previous year 永远是错的，只能用increase of
