主语their compliance，看到their错以为这里是复数，复数它会自己加s啊！！！！你可长点心吧！！！！！ 这里排除复数的选项ACD
剩下B/E 排除方法很简单，这句话里面their compliance已经表示这个服从发生过了，怎么可能要用to do呢，requiring表修饰语义逻辑才对

2. 选E正确 考点比较的对应关系 主谓一致
先看一圈下来排明显错误C，both of which只能指代物品不能指代人，排掉
B each of whom此处的each of xxx必须接单数形式（它只能表单数）和candidates不搭，排掉
剩下ADE，看句意，后面逻辑主语是H.Ross Perot's independent run for the presidency，应该对比的是谁的什么东西不是人，AD错误，只有E的意思是平行的

3. 选B 考点主谓一致  逻辑语义
先排主谓不一致的: A/rising interest rates和makes排除; C/a rise和make排除；D同C
剩下B/E中
E后面to be bought on credit很尴尬...修饰them的话合理但不优，them指代不清 都是相对错误

但答案是B！C的protect与前面的compliance单复数不一致。
错在了没理清句子结构。后面的句子结构应该是：their compliance with laws is protecting/protects adult sea turtles。还是要读懂句子意思才行。

ABCD全都是候选人，无法和后面的independent run for presidency in 1992形成可比性。而E是说这两个人的独立参选，可以和后面的独立参选总统比较。总之就是要找可比较的对象！！

B* 非常简洁完美。
A应该是make，匹配前面的rates。CD都应该是makes。E非常wordy，而且them指代不明，虽然从句意上是期货没错，但是这么写很不好。
