C错在变换乐强调的部分，句子重心转移，E中的THEM没有指代不清，因为地区是不能chisele的，只有修道院才可以，语义逻辑重于语法~~

我不明白请指教

只能用死办法跟你解释乐，E中figures后面的成份是修饰figures的，aware of的是figures，而不是后面的那个事实，一般情况下，aware of后面是一个抽象名词，如恐惧，高兴什么的，如果aware的是一件事或事实，要用从句。

PS:建议LZ多练语感，如果语感好，只要读一遍用不着分析应该能直接选出答案的~~
