①学校或工作上的重大决定，怎么做及结果
②大概是Tell me a time when you led a team of people that 【do not share common goals】. How did you align your team towards the objective or goal? What is the outcome？

抱怨一下：①没准备过 ②好像没见过，写作问题准备的答案全是项目特点没结合career plan……
准备了大部分问题，结果基本都没中，也只能说自己好运了。。。只能给大家提个醒，不能有侥幸心理。。
