求问NN一道SC PREP（也是700-800）里的题目，想了很久

答案是E，然而我在A，E纠结许久后还是错选了A

我做题的时候的想法是，‘a vantage point .....’ 这一串做同位语修饰前面‘at or near the center of political events’，然后是作为对前面这个信息的补充说明的。但是E就把vantage point作为主句的成分提到主句里面去了，我就感觉是不是这样的转换会不会‘主次倒置’

还有如果非要指出A问题的话我当时一直觉得后面那个'TO MAKE'挺怪的，似乎并不是这个vantage point的目的是make her the most.....（也可能是我想多了哈哈哈）

总之真诚求解析~看了好几个版本的解析总觉得不太全，或许E是在什么方面比A好么？

同位语也是修饰语，在修饰被同位的词语或句子，A的主干是：Warren was near the center, from 1765 to 1789；E的主干是：Warren was near the center, from 1765 to 1789, and this vantage point made her a good historian. 可见后半部分其实是重要的内容，应该作为独立句与主句平行，而不是作为主句的修饰部分。
同位语与状语相比时，通常同位语更有利于表意；但这里同位语与独立句比较时，却是独立句能更好地表意。

想了一下，有没有可能是其实A和E的vantage point都是指代的MOW在政治事件中心的这件事情（所以这里的概括性同位语和this vintage 没有本质上的区别），而核心的区别是A这里的to make
A变成了： 这个有利的地位    是为了   让她成为这个时期最有价值的历史学家 （地位怎么能有想法呢？）
E是：这个有力的地位  使得    她成为这个时期最有价值的历史学家（符合客观和时间）
