Yes, you can always reapply in a future cycle if you're not admitted the first time around,. We have worked with many clients who have been successful in the re-application process. The key is to build a clear, compelling case for what is different about your profile between the first time you applied and the second time you applied -- have you been promoted at work and gained significantly more responsibility? Have you successfully launched a small business? Have you moved to a different employer where you're having much greater impact than before? Have you retaken the GMAT or GRE and scored significantly higher? If your profile hasn't changed much, then you may struggle with the re-application process, but if you can point to clear professional growth in between cycles, then you'll have a strong story to tell.
Good luck,
