Position:

Full-time Senior Research Assistant / Research Assistant

Job description:

The appointee will assist in various aspects of research projects including collecting, compiling and processing of social media data,modelling analysis, and preparing a draft of the data analysis output.

Requirements:

Applicants should have (i) a bachelor’s degree or above incomputer science, data science or any other related discipline(s); (ii)experience in computer programming, machine learning, statistical modeling, orvisual analysis, preferably in Python or JavaScript; (iii) a good command ofwritten and spoken English; and (iv) a strong sense of responsibility.

Salary and Benefits:

HKD15,000 ~ 18,000 per month (the rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and performance).  Fringe benefits, whereapplicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, and mandatoryprovident fund. Appointment will commence as early as Sept 2021 and the employment term is normally 6 to 12 months, extendable depending on the appointee’s performance.
