HEC Paris International Finance 面试 2020.04.02

感觉MIF面经很少！特意来分享一下！


面官一个corporate finance和一个financial markets的老师，问题如下：

1. 常规：Why HEC Paris, Why IF, Career Goal
2. Why Paris if you want to work in HK
3. 不停强调如果人在巴黎的话，在HK找工作的话很难。需要travelling，可能会影响finals，要不要考虑伦敦？
4. (因为我M&A实习、并且career goal也有说) what do you think of the M&A businesses in Asia?
5. (因为我CV上写了comparable valuation) why do you choose these multiples for the company?

6. do you consider leverage impacts into the multiples? different capital structure会怎么影响multiple（懵了。。没有答出来）
