Ivey面经

整个面试进行的就大概35分钟左右， 对方人也很好，一直在微笑，导致我也一直笑得很开心。整个面试过程是非常轻松的。 建议大家就放轻松，其实也就和平时聊天一样，你在给对方分享你的故事，展现你的优点。

然后建议大家把简历好好看一下，想一下自己的优势是什么, 然后为什么想在Ivey中学习，你想获得什么，

一定要发现自己的闪光点，见缝插针说出来。这点很重要，因为时间很短，我很多准备的题她都没有问到，所以我就不断的在例子里加一些我其他的experience，突出自己。

下面是我今天被问到的题目：

why do you want to apply IB.

Behavioral Questions.

• tell me about a time when you solve the conflict in the group
• talk about leadership in your own words
• How would you react to a sudden change in project scope or trend?
• Have you received any comments if you think that you didn’t think you are?
• what skills that you think you are lack of ( from leadership), what do you want to learn from Ivey.  
• what are some big challenges that you face in your life
• how do you usually acquire news

In-Person Interview questions
1.        Tell me a little bit about yourself. There will be follow up question on this.
2.        What motivates to apply for the International Business Program? Why Ivey?

17.        If you have a creative business idea, how would you establish buy-in from your team member and how would you implement your idea?

1.          Why do you choose Ivey? Why do you choose IB?
2.          If your company is going to develop in a new country，Do you believe in existing employee or local talent pool
3.          As a leader of the consumer electronics company，there is a manufacturer has problem with the labor law violation，Facing the questions raised by the media, what’s your primary concern?
4.          Choose one from following 3 options, and why?
(1) go to several countries in 6 months, and it’s free of charge, but cannot go these countries after that
(2) intern a company for six months, but you can't work for this company after that
(3) Choose anyone as your mentor, but there will be no interaction with him/her after later.
5.          What would you do if someone challenged your values?
6.          What are you good at and how are you reflected in your work?

楼主，谢谢你的分享！我上周四面试了，像你说的，时间非常短，连最后发问的环节也没了。 lol 但被问到的题目跟你分享的也差不多，希望大家都有好消息！

我的面试官说会两周之内出消息，现在都没人给我发邮件，他们联系你了么？

还没有呢，我的面试官说三周才有结果，因为WFH的关系，Panel 一周才开一次会。应该没那么快，好像明天还有面试。
