我不懂,我也郁闷了,

near在这里做介词意思是close to,much 是副词意思是非常，修饰介词短语，虽然读起来别扭，可是语法上应该没错阿

To pamela111:

do not agree, "near" can be prep. which means "close to". you can find it in webster. So not necessary to add "to".

To maodou:

"absolute zero" is right, you cannot add "the" b4 it.

I think "near" might be wrong, but donot know wot is the right word for it.

much可以修饰动词以及形容词和副词的比较级，最高级。very可修饰形容词和副词，故这道题可把much换成very
