其实和ba branch是差不多的，ivey的面试基本都是behavioural的questions。
First part
Why Ivey?
What' s your career goal?
We have three branches, International business, business analytics and digital management，why did you choose digital other than those two branches？

Second part

you met some members of the team who was not contributing, how did you handle

A time when you led a team
how did you handle with limited information
a time when you took others feedback to make changes
latest businesses
How do you obtain latest informantion
还有一两个不太记得了，全程45min（邮件上说是是35min的）
一定要注意first part的最后两个问题，lz当时说的规划更像是ba方向(其实全程的交流都挺顺利的，确认对方能清楚我要表达的东西），就被challenge了。后面被Eric追加了一次面试，有点措手不及，以为是彻底凉了。要申digi的和要去的可以加个wx聊哈，祝大家拿到心仪的offer~
