求问where和in which的区别 和限从和非限的区别

这道题答案是A，因为computers不是一个地方，所以不能用where。 但想请教一下，如果前面是一个地方的话，这里where前面可以有逗号么。

在简单的句子里 我可以分辨出那些必须用限定性定语从句，那些用非限定性定语从句。但是在像GMAT这样的大句子里，我基本分不出来哪些必须要用限定性，哪些用非限定性。做题的时候很少去区分这个区别，而且一般逗号＋which让人很明了 或者 直接用that。 但是到了where 或者 in which这里就变得很懵逼。求大神点醒一下 ，谢谢。
