你好！因为我在美国做了一份金融会计相关的实习，觉得自己不适合在industry工作，所以考虑走academia的路线。我首先也是看了本专业的论文和教授谈了谈，觉得并不喜欢这方面的研究 （plus数理能力也不是很优秀）。当时在上商院required的OB基础课，觉得这方面很感兴趣。接下来又做了RA，感觉是good fit! 至于master的话，我是觉得性价比不太高所以决定铤而走险尝试一下直博....现在觉得是有点心里没底....

I do not know much about Management, but you have a relatively surer chance only and only for one or two schools on your list, all belonging to Tier 4 or Tier 5 in our Placement Rankings.

An undergraduate degree from a US institution may be an advantage, but that depends. Also, Finance is hardly related to Management in any way. Do you have multiple courses in Management on your transcript? On top of that, as the least quantitative track, Management attracts candidates from diverse backgrounds and, in many cases, prefers those with practical experience, which you do not seem to have.
