Cornell MPS - Accounting是否只招美本？

大家好！想问一下康奈尔mps-Accounting这个项目是否招美本以外的学生？麻烦各位申请过的或者认识申请到的（但不是美本的）踊跃留言，救救孩子！我是加本会计，非常想要申请这个项目，但不确定是否在学校考虑的范围之内！谢谢大家！

应该不是的，这个项目招的人很少，而且很多是康奈尔本科的，所以项目质量应该还可以吧~ 感觉这个mps名称而言应该是比较职业导向的，而不是学术导向的（我猜类似于英国的taught master那种感觉，因为康奈尔本身也有ms in econ这种项目吧，更偏向学术一点

昨天我问了一下中介，她说mps学位也是主要在周末和晚上上课，说白了跟sps差不多。而且我个人理解，哥大sps他是学院叫sps，给的起码还是ms学位；但是康奈尔这个虽然学院是正常的名字，可给的是mps学位，回国认证不写学院，学位是要写的吧？人家一看，是个mps学位，再仔细看一下全称，总是感觉怪怪的。我是20fall申请，如果有什么说的不对的地方请指导！感谢

是不是周末和晚上上课这种事还是直接发邮件问学校吧。
中介对这种事也是一知半解。

楼主！其实我也不了解~但我认识的去cornell这个项目的人基本都是gmat740-760这种，以及拿了其他很多学校(duke档次的)录取，所以我推测这个项目应该是不错的，录取标准跟哥大aa的性质不一样，不用太紧张和哥大的AA放在一起, 如果楼主介意mps title的话就可以不优先考虑这个学校，同fall2020申请

Master of Professional Studies (MPS, or MProfStuds, or MProfStudies) is a recognized masters degree concentrated in an applied field of study. The MPS is usually a terminal degree and is often interdisciplinary, frequently offered in substantive areas that do not readily fit into any of the traditional fields in university curricula. MPS degrees are distinguished from Master of Arts (MA) degrees in that the latter tend to be more heavily focused on research and theory-building -- in short more academic than practical -- and often serve as a way station on route to a PhD. 其实楼主关心的也是我关心的，但我感觉现在担心太早了，等cornell真的录取了再抉择也来得及，cornell很多项目都是mps开头的，包括非常王牌的baker program
