在选项AD之间纠结， 两者区别是： 1.有无because   2. to distrust and （to) neutralize  

我觉得 有无 “to" 不是错误， 在GMAT题目中有看到  and连接不定式，后面的to省略的例子，         

" the reason is because that  "表达重复？？，   because + that从句也不合理吧？？ 所以选了D. 但是对自己的分析不确定，希望有小伙伴能来指导一下， 感谢！

reason就表示因果，所以和for、because等都是重复，pack2里有一道考这个的题
