one vote for LSE.

Reason:
1. Slightly better title for financial industry.
2. Much cheaper cost.

P.S.
If plan to back home country: STEM or not doesn't matter that much, you won't be there anyway.
If plan to search for a job locally, it is be a uphill battle anyway. You will have the access to EU job market (a few English speaking role there only), which will be way easier than US and UK in terms of permit in long term.
