像罗村就比较强调领导力，学校的考察标准里有明确提到leadership，JHU的文书也有与领导力相关的题目。所以领导力还算是商学院比较看重的东西。
至于志愿者经历那就是锦上添花而已了，有余力再去补充吧

Hey there,
Yes, any school is looking for leadership and extracurricular experience, but that the same time you have to work with the material that you have. If you have additional volunteer & leadership experience that you have not yet included then I definitely would add it. If you don’t have any material beyond what you’ve already included it’s not the end of the world – you’ll just want to make sure all of the other parts of your application are as strong as possible and that you show leadership potential in other ways (via a LOR for example). You can also work around lack of extracurriculars by being ready to speak to how you plan to contribute outside the classroom once in school – for example, by leading a club, planning a speaker series, etc. That information won’t fit in your essay (unless they’re specifically asking you for it) but could come up in an interview.
