B: to that of men are

C: to those of men have been

D: with those of men is

E: to those of men has been

根据后面的since 1960可以得出时态是现在完成时，在C,E中选。我选的是C，不确定，因为看到those,我想应该是指代前面的ratio吧，用排除法选的。

那这个ratio在这里是什么意思呢？

没有找到28和31的答案，请大家帮忙看看吧，先谢了

觉得应该是E.

ratio 是主语，those 代表 earnings 。

我是进了ETS的陷阱了，看到the ratio of their earnings 就想着要形式对称，还以为第二个of 前面those和ratio对称呢，难怪解释不通，还是逻辑第一啊，这里是their earnings和those(earnings) of men对称，打破了形式对称
