一道复杂修饰问题
Visitors to the park have often looked up into the leafy canopy and saw monkeys sleeping on the branches, whose arms and legs hang like socks on a clothesline.

(E)    seen monkeys sleeping on the branches, whose arms and legs have hung

疑问1：OG解释说D中的with arms and legs hanging修饰sleeping.我觉得从语法上讲，with短语应做伴随状语修饰前面的looked和seen，难道with短语是就近修饰动词吗。不知高人们有何见解。
疑问2：CHOICE E中的whose跳跃修饰monkeys，但OG解释说不对。但我明明记得东方的补充材料中有一题是用whose跳跃修饰，具体题目忘了哪题。想不通原因，请高人讲解。
