ＧＷＤ正确答案是第一个，但是第一个７passengers and中的ＡＮＤ感觉是不是重复，因为本来似乎应该是Ａ，插入语，Ｂ，Ｃ，and　Ｄ的结构，现在是Ａ　and，插入语，Ｂ，Ｃ，and　Ｄ．而且第一个并列成分中是ＡＳ....ＡＳ...，后面是比较级的并列，这样的并列是不是不工整？？？另外，第二个哪里错了？？

应该尽量避免连个分词短语象本题这样的连用方式。因为，很容易歧义，比如本题，compared with most  sport utility vehicles 是什么成份？肯定有歧义，因为，其可以做状语，也可以是定语修饰passengers， 如果将compared with most  sport utility vehicles  移到句首，则第二个答案还是可能对的。

in which没有问题。第二个having有问题。
