30准备，60s录，两道题
有遇到新题（应该在CD还没出现过吧）
1. If you would like to choose a foreign culture to learn from, what will you choose? why?
2. tell me about a time when you needed to give someone criticism and you knew they wouldn't take it well. what was the outcomes and what did you learn?
3. tell me about a time when you completely disagreed with a mentor, teacher, or boss. what was the outcome and what did you learn?

小经验：
1 面了JHU Carey的两个项目，觉得Carey所有项目的Kira题库应该是一样的。
2 一般第一道是和culture相关，第二道是和经历相关，看了不少面经大概率是这样。所以我觉得可以分culture和经历两个大类来准备。
3 在上传时刷新可以换题，但不确定会不会被查出是作弊。4 其实一分钟真的讲不了什么，所以可以省掉很多细节，直接用STAR原则讲事件（Situation，Task，Action，Result），或者分123几句话讲原因什么的就行了。
