我递交了申请，然后学校给我发邮件说需要我补交一下official transcript, 原话是：
Uploading documents
These can be uploaded through Sydney Student. Log in using your Student ID: 500350678 and password. Take time to read through the ‘Document upload required’ message in your in-tray as it provides important information on our requirements for supporting documents.
Once you are ready, select ‘Upload documents’ under ‘Action’ and follow the prompts.
We look forward to hearing from you soon.
可是我在 ’Action' 下面找不到 'upload documents‘ 这个选项，然后在sydney student上面找了半天都没有这个upload，官网上没有email，只有电话，打电话给ad office，说是给我发个邮件告诉我Email 地址，结果给我发了个没用的邮件。现在情况是，11.20之前要我交上，现在是找不到任何人求助啊，求指导，我该从哪里upload transcript呢？？？？？感激不尽
