请问几封推荐信中反映的个人优点相同好还是不同好？

看过以前的帖子，有战友说要和推荐人沟通，最好反映出你不同的优点。

但是如果每封都是写不同的优点，那积累下来的优点可就很多啦，会不会校方觉得吹牛的痕迹太明显？而且优点太杂，读者印象也不深啊？

我希望每个推荐人都着重介绍我希望被描述的那2-3个特点，举他们认为合适的例子，剩下的特点就由他们自己写了。这样3篇推荐信看下来会对我突出的优点有个很深的印象了吧？呵呵。

另外一个实际的问题是，虽然不同的人角度不同，但对于工作中的我来说，有些特点是几个老板都认同的。我想对于大家可能也是，单从工作中的表现来看，不太可能你在几个老板眼中的形象相差太远，以至他们说的优点都不一样吧？优点重复是不可避免的吧？

it's just like the essay writing, initially I wanted to put as much information in one essay as possible, but later on I found that it is not a good idea to cram reader's head with too much information, you will lose your focus. similarly I believe recommendations should convey messages consistent with those in your essays. Recommendation letters should be the third party view strengthening what you said in your essays. In this sense, I think it is good to pick two or three major strenghths and let each recommender focus on one or two. If there is still space to talk about other virtue, then go ahead.

我基本上同意SkyGrit和IDAISY的看法。

就我的理解，不同推荐人的角色不同，跟你的关系不同，体察到的你的优点应该也有侧重吧。如果能充分根据他们的角色，组织材料，挖掘你身上的闪光点，是不是更有说服力。对你整个人的描述也更丰满呢。

还没有准备推荐信，只是个人理解，还不知道操作上的深浅，大家讨论。
