[求助]請教一道文法題

The first piloted balloon flight across the Atlantic Ocean took place at 1978.

各位大大

我想請問一下這道題有兩個動詞 flight 、took

所以是不是在句首應是省略了that

另，at 應改為in 這是顯而易見的，但flight 為什麼不用flighted 還是flights 我真是不懂耶~!

幫幫忙，好嗎!

可是这里的flight是名词。所以就只有d错
