Thank you! I actually don't know the Big 4 application process in China, but I would advise speaking with anyone in your network in China who may be familiar with the process. Yes, in terms of re-applying, US positions are largely based on strong networking and forming relationships with recruiters and employees at the US offices. It is much more than your resume in the US. I would attend any info sessions or networking events you can and reach out to the HR teams expressing your strong interest! Good luck!
