"by the end of the decade" in A is misplaced. and "estimated" is preferable.

by the end of the decade" in A 没有问题啊 PRJECECT 地用法也不觉得不好。


对于B,  petroleum industry of meeting environmental regulations 有问题。

i mean, "by the end of the decade" in A seems to be used to modify "refined petroleum".   thus the meaning of the sentence is wrong.


i agree that "petroleum industry of meeting environmental regulations" is somehow bad, but it still stands.

for project, i think we can estimate the future trends or prices of some goods, but we cannot project or fix the price of these goods.


that is the meaning difference.

30答案应该是B吧, 出现 to meet environmental regulations 修饰cost 都不对,还是应该从意思来看题目

虽然project的用法不一定有问题。但是,有重新查查了cost的用法。cost +不定式的用法好像在字典中找不到例子。

所以,仔细想了想,还是大家有道理。我也改为支持B.
