求助大神求定位（MBA）

背景：国内211财经大学本科，美硕(雪城大学MSF)，国内某中型券商投行部工作5年，注册会计师，保荐代表人，多个再融资、IPO项目经验，G750，免T，GPA弱鸡（本科3.1，研究生3.3）

LZ一直有读名校的心结，希望去北美或英国读个top的MBA转去一流PE，不知道这个背景能申到哪个tier的学校，求论坛里各位大神给个定位

You have a strong profile for PE and top schools, so I would encourage you to apply to top schools, but with the note, that your demographic will make it completive regardless. The good news is that you yourself will be competitive in the applicant pool for these programs. I wouldn't worry too much about your GPA, unless it was below 3.0. Plus the 750 GMAT will really help. Remember to be clear on your goals, why PE, etc. Good luck!
