求定位，这种背景申请INSEAD或者LBS有希望嘛？

楼主四大审计狗一枚，对于自身定位有疑惑，请各位赐教~~
背景：
上海211本科，土澳本科的双学位。GPA 3.7/4   
目前，四大审计3年，GMAT 720，TOEFL 108 (过期了要再刷)

一直想做咨询，之前在MBB一家做过半年PTA，非常喜欢这个行业，但是实力不济去了四大，目标是通过MBA转行。
dream school 是INSEAD LBS  不知道这个背景有木有戏？ 需要再刷分 还是跳槽 还是别的什么？

Now, AdComs are basically assessing you across 4 areas: academics, your fit in the class, your potential impact as an alumnus and, most importantly, your motivations for an MBA. In terms of your grades/scores, given your competitive demographic, I would advise that yes, you retake the GMAT and try to score at least a 730, as scores around this number tend to mean you are at least "competitive" for those schools. Your GPA and experience is great! So don't worry there. I would encourage you to apply, but I would really try to improve your GMAT if you can. You have strong goals which are clear, and you'll want to discuss how your work experience has prepared you for MBB/consulting. Hope this helps!

然而，insead 其实偏好 大龄，我这个年纪偏小的。。。insead 1年 找工作不容易啊
