我之前发了个人简历给admission team，并没有通过电话沟通，但是建议我考虑EMBA项目。是不是基本申请MBA也没什么希望了？

不一定；我知道去年有申请18级MBA的，预选的时候也是被建议申EMBA；但坚持来on campus面试，最后也拿到offer了；主要还是说清楚你的motivation和justification.

  请教楼主IMD在欧洲的就业看起来很棒，现在欧洲某国做Finance head，也和IMD AO见过面了，有点纠结的是应该两年后拿到欧洲身份再申请，还是应该尽快申请~

Yes, IMD is the cradle for nurturing and delivering middle layer management talents to big multi-national corporates. It's very strong in general management, and aims in the long run. On top of that, it holds strong in financing and consulting sector, too.  
You current position sounds very solid and promising.
May need to hold more holistic evaluation involving all potential impact items, such as gains & lost, expectations, career track plans, other personal factors to make the decision. Take your time, dwell on it, do a SWOT. At the end of day, you're the one who knows you best. Good luck!
