这个可以问面试官，我上周面的当场给了offer（我看其他帖子也有当场给offer的）。面试那时候面试官跟我说他们每周一下午有个会，那时候会讨论录取的事情。但是面试官自己有完全的裁量权，直接决定你是不是被录用。

我是当面给的offer，个人觉得应该是跟schulich当前的录取情况和你现场表现有关
