求教各位大神，关于University of Alberta 的 Offer，非常感谢了！

前两天拿到了UA的MBA offer， 还是很欣慰的。现在回想起来考雅思，考G，写文书做申请（DIY），面试，一步步真的刻骨铭心。有个小问题想咨询下坛子里的大神们：offer里面有一条condition如下，                                                                                                                                [size=11.000000pt] You are required to complete at least 4 graded courses in Fall Term 2018 and achieve a GPA of 3.0 or higher with nograde less than C+ in all graded courses completed in Fall Term 2018. You must satisfactorily complete these courses by December 31, 2018.


我想请问，这条condition 是会很难很挑战的程度吗？还是只要认真学了，基本都是没问题的呢？如果有alberta的学长学姐现身解惑就更好了。
另外，这个offer在我去做签证的时候，会有影响吗？

Hey there, You really shouldn’t have any problem is you study a bit. Grading is relatively easy, and with a bit of effort you should be able to pull at least a C+

Thank you Jon for your reply, I really appreciate it. I just don't know the benchmark in this B school and feel worried about this condition.  Because along with the different study and living environment in the first year, this condition may cause some pressure. Should I consult some instructors or second-year students in this B school to figure out a best study plan?
