Photograher Eddie constantly experimented new techs and materials in his quest to have photograph accepted as a creative art.

Now I know the answer is A, please help explain why?

it should be experiments since the photograher constantly does sth, constantly

does it matter to tense? I am not so sure. BTW, I looked up about experiment, it is vi verb.

experient作动词的时候是不及物动词，所以应该是experient with sth
