Ivey KIRA 热乎面筋 & 网面tips

拖延症患者今天下午刚刚做完kira。
我的系统和网络在测试中没有出现什么网络故障，但是在测试的时候出现过各种bug，所以大家要多练习几次，确保网络稳定再开始做题。

tips：
1. 练习模式和真正面试不一样！
我练习的时候，都是30s准备 1min或者1.5min答题（不可以提前结束录制）。而真正面试是3min准备2min答题（可以提前结束录制）。
请大家尤其要注意笔试！！！！因为笔试不可以模拟，而且竟然没有计时器！我就写了开头一段就直接被submit了。希望大家不要和我一样粗心，吸取教训啊啊啊啊。

2. 设备场景
a。人面前灯光要足，不要看起来像鬼屋一样。
b。最好戴上耳机收音。kira的系统电脑收音会很朦胧，不好听。


练习的问题：---千奇百怪
1 Tell us about something that impacted your performance last year, but was out of your control.
2  A day of rock climbing or a day of reading， which one do you choose and why does this choice suit you?
3. When you have multiple tasks due at the same time, what strategies do you use to ensure all tasks are completed on time?
4. How has "learning by doing" been a part of your life? What are the benefits of it to you?
5. How would you estimate the revenue generated from ticket sales at the London 2012 Olympics? Take us through your thinking.

然而真正重要的是面试问题：---长，且 可预见
1. Tell us about the most difficult undergraduate course you have taken and the most difficult theory you have learned in this class. Use simple words to explain the theory.

2. Your company is a food packaged company has business all over the world. your boss come to you and wants to start a new breakfast cereal. What data do you think are important to know about how best the product will sale and who should martket it to. (问题很长，我尽量按原话复述的。)

总而言之，就是 练1000遍练习和面试的形式也是不一样的。大家要做好心理准备运动好3min构思和调查！住大家好运！！！！
