OG的一道题，还有关于would的疑问

我对OG对C的解释有一些疑问，它是这样解释的The conditional verb phrase would have a likelihood to have is redundant,
wordy, and not comparable to the simple past tense drank.
1、为什么 would have a likelihood to have 是一个redundant
2、为什么说would have和前面的过去式不平行？我认为would have就是一个过去式，是will have的过去式（请问我这种想法有错吗）
然后千行的解释是would是虚拟语气。
现在我不懂怎么区分would是虚拟语气还是will have的过去式啊？

我的观点： they would have a likelihood to have 和 their likelihood of having 相比，我自己觉得后者更简洁，就好像中文里说他们有一个可能去有balabala, 和他们去做某件事的可能性balabala... 不平行就是 the more... the more 的结构，本身would就有虚拟的表达方法，放在这里会让人迷惑。

sorry 我可能没法给你明确的答复，能力有限，但是我个人觉得would have会更像是虚拟语气那一类，如果单纯表达未来怎么样，就不用过去式了

就算是will have 的过去式两个时态也不平行啊，事实上这里要平行只能用had,这个句子里would have的确是虚拟语态，和后面的likelihood重复了，
