Hey there,
Well first of all, I think at this time you don’t have enough experience yet to get into the best programs. Probably it’s a good idea for you to apply for 19 or 20. This will give you time to develop your career, gain more volunteer experience, take your GMAT till you have your best possible score, network, and possibly even visit your target schools.

Don’t be in too much of a rush! Especially as your profile will only improve with time!
