GMAT 分数与拿奖学金的关联性 (Hec Paris)

之前去咨询留学顾问的时候他提到gmat高分会有比较大机会拿奖学金

但我有实际问过学校(HecParis), 他说 “Agood GMAT increase the chances but it' only a part of the application.”

身边也有朋友是有拿到offer，GMAT也高(730)但无奖的例子

因为实在蛮需要这笔奖学金的，所以想问看看大家的经验或身边的例子

在hecparis 要拿到奖学金gmat700以上跟690,670会落差很大吗?  

主要是我想丢早一点的roundof 2018 jan

所以目前很犹豫要不要再考一次上到七（但这样就变成会要丢晚一点的round）

或是就大家身边或过去的经验，什么样的状况比较有机会拿到奖呢？

不得不说，GMAT和拿奖学金的概率确实是正相关关系

GMAT也高(730)但无奖的例子，并不能充分说明非关联性问题，这跟你朋友申请的学校tier，项目的竞争程度等都有直接关系。

可以肯定的一点，GMAT平平基本没可能带奖

Hey there,
So HEC is right in this case. A profile is not made up of GMAT alone, although it is an important factor.
As for scholarships - its simple - f the school feels like you are a very attractive candidate and they want to entice you away from other schools, they will offer you scholarship money.

So it depends on the OVERALL profile you have and how strong it is, and the stronger it is the more chanced you have of getting in, and of getting a scholarship.

HEC的foundation也就是merit奖学金给的很吝啬， 本身发的少如果G也不高的话基本上有也是一两千欧，甚至没有都很正常。如果你真的需要奖学金，你需要考虑的是赶早第一轮申请，申请埃菲尔奖学金（法国政府奖）。如果奖学金高于一切，你也可以考虑ESCP、ESSEC，拿到merit的比例高，艾奖中率应该也会提高。毕竟谁也不能确定自己能在HEC第一轮的大神里顺利拿到艾奖。
当然了，能申请到HEC的话，还是不要太计较奖学金比较好。

楼上是hec 校友吗？感觉很熟悉申请的状况呢.
目前我是已经赶不上R1了

请问一下hec帮学生申请艾菲尔奖学金的机率高吗？好像目前很少听过
（这奖学金是不是要30岁下才能申请？）

首先，作为GE项目录取中位数715的学校，730真的没多高。。
“A good GMAT increase the chances but it' only a part of the application.” 概括的很到位了
HEC的merit发的少数额也少，真的想secure一个financial aid不妨寻找其他出路
